Studio Photography - The Beauty of the Human Form

My style in studio photography centers around high key photography (bright subject, white background, magazine style) to low key photography (low light, dark shadows, dramatic edges). My favorite color(s) are shades of grey, so depending on the look I will range from an all white background to a dark grey background. My favorite Renaissance painter is Caravaggio, if you are familiar with his work you will find homages to him in my work.

I also experiment with spotlights, shapes, and different color backgrounds to add a different feel to the subject. I studied Greek Archaeology and so the human form is very beautiful to me and I like to accentuate it. All pictures below taken at Team Belu Studio in Rockville.
